Our team of professionals offer a specialist ticketing expertise with a strong background in setup, trade, sales and customer service. We take pride in our processes and work with passion to make the brand-customer connections more powerful, while making the ticketing and customer journeys seamless.

Sacha Brooks

Managing Director, Co-Founder

Sacha worked in all levels of theatre production in the UK, including stints at the National Theatre, in regional repertory and in the West End both backstage and in production offices. His debut as an independent commercial producer was the first play in West End theatre history to achieve advance sales exceeding £1m and the first on Broadway with an advance exceeding US$5m. He went on to be directly responsible for over £50m of ticket sales for his own productions, continuing to produce until 2006. He has also licensed productions internationally for over twenty years and is now a consultant advising licensors, brand owners, licensees and producers on all aspects of theatre and brand licensing, development, production and strategy.

Brands, licensors and producers he has worked with include: Agatha Christie Ltd., Disney, Studio Canal, Pathé, Rodgers & Hammerstein Organisation, Elton John, Really Useful Group, RKO, Kenny Wax, National Youth Theatre, Mischief Theatre, Delfont Mackintosh, Nimax Theatres, ATG, Shubert Theatres, Live Nation and the Jim Henson Company.

Sacha brings to the team his expertise in privacy and policy, along with his extensive commercial experience of the ticketing business and producing.

James Charrington

Non-Executive Director, Co-Founder

After early experience at the Edinburgh International Festival and on Broadway, James began his career in 1989 with arts marketing agency Dewynters, managing campaigns for clients including The Royal Opera House and Walt Disney Theatrical Productions.

In 2002 James set up a live entertainment marketing agency in Hamburg - Koenig & Englaender. Together with Stage Entertainment, the agency painted the ferry boats of Hamburg yellow for The Lion King and turned the face of Berlin blue for Blue Man Group. As International Commercial Director at Stage Entertainment from 2006 he took responsibility for commercial activity across Europe and set up an audience database now boasting over eleven million theatregoers. In 2016 James joined leading entertainment marketing agency Dewynters as CEO.

James supports the team with his strategic advice and commercial expertise. 

Nat Green

Senior Associate

Nat started her ticketing career at The Comedy Store’s box office, before progressing to a 5-year long position in the Customer Relations department at Nimax Theatres. She then transitioned to a Setup Department as a Ticketing Systems Administrator, where she was instrumental in building shows and offers, as well as setting up and implementing Zendesk for Nimax Theatres. Nat’s expertise led her to join TodayTix Group, where she further honed her setup stills.

Through setting up events for the West End and helping countless customers with their queries, Nat developed her expertise of ticketing operations. She also holds a BA degree in Drama and Theatre Arts, which provides her with an invaluable insight into performing arts.

Nat brings to the team her expert knowledge of event setup, as well as her vast experience of customer service and box office.

Raf Jones

Head of Operations

Raf’s ticketing career started at Nimax Theatres, where he worked in several departments, starting at the Vaudeville Theatre, through Customer Relations to Trade, Group Sales and Marketing. Through being responsible for venue and ticketing agent relations, inventory management, client base growth and outreach, Raf developed a specialist knowledge of all areas of ticketing. 

With an MA degree in Arts and Cultural Management from King's College London, Raf also has a vast experience in project and budget management, gained through working with multiple arts organisations during his studies, including the Battersea Arts Centre and the V&A. His academic research focused on audience development and demographics, the age gap in theatre audiences and marketing strategies to minimise it.

Raf brings to the team his expertise in trade, group sales and customer service, along with his understanding of audience development and management.

Kezia Lockhouse

General Manager

Kezia freelances in the theatre industry providing General Management & Producing support, and consultancy services to a range of clients including OCP, Mischief Worldwide, Dan Colman Creative and Kenny Wax Productions. She has worked for OCP since 2022, though has worked with the company since its inception in her previous role as the General Manager of the Mischief shows and SIX The Musical at Kenny Wax Productions.

Julie Pollin

Senior Associate

Julie started her ticketing career at Ticketmaster, working in Customer Service and on-site Box Offices before joining Event Programming, where she was part of a team of four responsible for setup of all Ticketmaster events. She then moved to the Southbank Centre to supervise all four venue Box Offices, including the Royal Festival Hall. After a brief stint at the Royal Albert Hall in ticket distribution for The Proms, she joined Delfont Mackintosh Theatres. Starting at the Novello and the Gielgud Theatres, she then joined the Groups and Specialist Sales department, where she worked for 11 years, further developing her expertise of ticketing. 

Julie brings to the team her specialist knowledge of sales and event programming, together with her extensive general experience of box office management and setup. 

Andrew Sharp

Non-Executive Director, Risk & Transparency
Andrew joined the ticketing sector in 1999 after working first in publishing and then in the Lloyd's insurance market. He has spent his career working at the interface of business and technology, using technology to improve business effectiveness both inside organisations and for clients. Andrew's ticketing experience includes leadership roles at BOCS, First Call/Seatem Group, Enta and YPlan. He was involved in changing the way that West End theatre tickets are distributed, helping the sector to move from allocations of tickets to direct access to inventory, resulting in better availability for consumers and better sales information for producers and venues. Andrew also has experience in Data Protection through a senior role at Securys providing data protection consultancy to a wide range of clients. He is now "mostly retired" but holds a small number of non executive roles including working with OCP to help the organisation implement policies and governance to improve the resilience and scalability of the business.

Harrison Shoemark

Administrative Assistant

Harrison grew up performing in professional theatre, where he developed a deep understanding of the industry, and with years of experience in assisting with amateur productions, he has extensive knowledge of theatre operations. 

Alongside four years of administrative work experience, Harrison holds an arts-based degree and has recently completed a post-graduate Legal diploma. Over these years he has garnered a multitude of skills, including great commercial awareness, and vast experience with administration and award-winning customer support. 

Harrison brings this skillset to the team with an eagerness to assist OCP in creating strong brand-customer relationships.

Thomasina Smith

Customer Service Associate

Thomasina studied both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts, at Oxford and St Andrews University respectively, focusing on areas that combined creativity, research and analysis. She has gained diverse work experience across the arts and culture sector, including roles in research, administration and customer service. Most recently, she worked in a theatre environment, where she developed her skills in managing customer interactions and supporting operational efficiency.

With a particular interest in using data and research to uncover insights, Thomasina is passionate about enhancing diversity and inclusion in the creative arts and widening access to transformative experiences. She is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to Only Connect Partners, contributing to the company’s mission of creating seamless customer journeys and meaningful brand connections.
